We are proud to launch BikeStjohns.ca and we hope you find this site useful in helping you get out and get cycling! In 2009, the St. John's Municipal Council adopted a new cycling plan which had been in development since 2007. Last year, 2010, Phase I of the Cycling Master Plan was implemented.
